You can create a playlist from songs in your Music library, gradually reduce the music volume while falling asleep, and configure an alarm to play music at your chosen wake-up time. The app does not collect: Your name, email address, or phone number Your location Contacts or photos Advertising identifiers Usage analytics or diagnostic tracking data Music Library Access Sleepy requests permission to access your device’s Music library.
